How soon will I see results?

How often should I use my device?

Most FOXY devices are designed for short daily rituals — three to ten minutes, once or twice a day. Each product page includes its recommended routine.

Can I use my own serums and creams?

Absolutely. Our infusers and wands are designed to work beautifully with your favourite serums, essences and creams to support absorption.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Economy shipping is free on every order (5–8 business days). Express is €8 (3–5 business days). Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, with tracking by email.

Who should not use FOXY devices?
